Terms and Conditions – ctrl:cyber x Melbourne City FC Behind-the-Scenes Tour Competition
- Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions govern the online competition (the “Competition”) for a Behind-the-Scenes (BTS) tour with Melbourne City Football Club (the “Club”).
1.2 By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. - Eligibility
2.1 The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees of the Club, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2.3 Competition winners must have at least one guest over the age of 18, with any guests under 18 in the company of a parent or guardian. - How to Enter
3.1 Entrants must submit their full name and a valid email address via the online form provided.
3.2 Entries must be received before the stated closing date. Late or incomplete entries will not be considered. - Winner Selection and Notification
4.1 Winners will be selected at random using an online random generator.
4.2 Winners will be notified via the email provided upon entry. If a winner does not respond within [48] hours, ctrl:cyber reserves the right to select an alternative winner. - Prize Details
5.1 Each winner will receive two (2) tickets for a Behind the Scenes tour of AAMI Park with the Club.
5.2 The date and time of the tour will be determined by the Club and communicated to the winners.
5.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative. - General Conditions
6.1 The Club reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
6.2 By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Competition.
6.3 The Club is not responsible for technical errors, lost entries, or any other issues beyond its control that may affect participation. - Privacy

8.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in Victoria, Australia.
8.2 Any disputes arising from the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria, Australia.
