Adding depth to our cybersecurity capabilities with Razilio
Brand 21.10.26
ctrl:cyber has agreed to acquire Razilio, marking another step in the continued build of Australia’s sovereign, end-to-end cyber capability.
Bringing Razilio into the ctrl:cyber platform will unite complementary expertise, established client relationships and highly regarded industry professionals, strengthening Ctrl’s consulting capabilities and broadening the services available to Australian organisations.
Founded in 2019 by Ashley Jones, Razilio is a specialist cybersecurity consultancy of approximately 20 people. The acquisition adds expert consulting capabilities and application security (AppSec) expertise to Ctrl’s existing services ecosystem, bringing exceptional talent into the business alongside a strong cultural fit and shared ambition for what we can achieve together. It builds greater depth while retaining the specialist knowledge, agility and client relationships that define ctrl:cyber.
“Razilio is a fantastic addition to ctrl:cyber. Ash has built an impressive business, surrounded himself with exceptional talent, and shares our ambition for what we can achieve together. There’s significant momentum behind Ctrl right now, and with more to be announced in the weeks ahead, there’s plenty to be excited about – even more so with the Razilio team now on board.”
– Steve Williams, CEO & Founder
Razilio represents another deliberate investment in specialist expertise and complementary capability that becomes more readily available for customers. The focus remains on building an integrated sovereign cyber provider with the depth, scale and expertise to meet the increasingly complex needs of Australian organisations.
